Trendsbyte Inc. (company) is the owner of trendsbyte.com (site). The following Privacy Policy shall govern the collection and use of personal information on the site. These changes affect our EU and California Customers.

What information do we collect?

Data sourcing and Limitations
The company sources the data it sells through from several online sources. All the data sourced is generic in nature, and not proprietary. Random, tests are conducted on the data to check its authenticity. However, because of the high volume of data, company/site does not guarantee the correctness and authenticity of each and every data-point.
The data is collected during a specific time-period, and is put on sale after that. It might be possible that some businesses/data-points that are in the dataset, do not exist at the time of sale of data. The dataset is also not comprehensive and might have missed out businesses/data-points that were included after the data was sourced, or were skipped during the sourcing process.
The company does not guaranty completeness or authenticity of the data and can not be held liable for the same. The buyers are advised to use their own discretion while buying the data.
Use of Payment Gateway
For making payments, the buyers are directed to secure payment gateway interface to make payments. The payment gateway interfaces are secure and PCIE compliant, and offer better financial safety. In case you encounter any wrong charge on your mode of payment, please contact us within 24 hours of payment at business@trendsbyte.com. If you do not contact in the allotted time, you are deemed to have approved the transaction. The company cannot be held liable for any wrong transaction or financial fraud on your bank account or mode of transaction.
Anti-hacking Provision

Return Policy
Due to the nature of the information being sold, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered.
